The historic motorboats and runabouts of the most important shipyards, the vintage motor yachts, the sailing yachts that can be visited at mooring and the seafront set up with a Hospitality Village where social events and exhibitions of artists and artisans linked to the world of historic sailing will take place. It will be possible to experience all this from 23 to 26 May 2024 in Santa Margherita Ligure, at Porto Calata Sant'Erasmo, on the occasion of the first edition of "OndaClassica - Tigullio, Incontro d'Epoche". The event was born from the experience of previous single-brand meetings of Riva motorboats held in recent years in Santa Margherita Ligure organized by the Riva Society Tigullio, which on this occasion will avail itself of the collaboration of the ASDEC (Vintage and Classic Hulls Association ), of the RHS (Riva Historical Society) and the Museo della Barca Lariana, the largest European museum of historic boats based in Pianello del Lario, on Lake Como. OndaClassica is an event promoted by the Municipality of Santa Margherita Ligure and the S. Margherita Ligure – Portofino Hoteliers Group, with the patronage of the Liguria Region, Municipality of Rapallo, Riva Historical Society, ASDEC, Museo della Barca Lariana, Progetto Santa Margherita Srl and ASCOM Confcommercio Santa Margherita Ligure. In those days the Ligurian city will recall the golden era of the Dolce Vita, when the international jet set frequented the renowned coastal resorts in the name of romance and the good life.

Participation in “OndaClassica” is open to all vintage and classic motor boats, motorboats, runabouts, cabin cruisers and motor yachts of all brands, admitted subject to evaluation and acceptance by a specific commission and according to the availability of the plan. moorings. Some spaces will be dedicated to the static display on the dock of vintage sailing yachts, which will not take part in competitions or regattas, but which can be admired and photographed by the public. Boats will be able to arrive in Santa Margherita Ligure starting from Wednesday 22 May, by sea, by truck or by road trailer. On Sunday 26 May the event will end with a parade and Elegance Competition between Santa Margherita and Rapallo. The registration fee for “OndaClassica” includes: 1 Welcome Cocktail (Thursday), 2 Lunch Boxes (Friday and Saturday), 2 dinners (Official on Friday and informal on Saturday), 1 Goodbye Brunch (Sunday at the end of the program).
